Elizabeth Boyd – President  and CEO

Liz takes care of the day-to-day operations of Tropical Storm Systems, LLC, the parent company of PC-CSI, PC General Hospital, and Tropical Storm Computer
Systems.  She has a Masters from the School of Hard Knocks and owned Chip ‘N Dale Enterprises, LLC and Computer Wizards in Rockville, Maryland for 10 years.

Dale Boyd – Lead Crash Scene Investigator and EMT (Emergency Microsoft Technician).

Dale has 30+ years of experience analyzing and repairing computer issues and electronic equipment.  He has worked closely with the U.S Surgeon General (C. Everett Koop and Jocelyn Elders); the Directors of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA); the Commander of the U.S. Navy Blue Angels Squadron; and the Lee County, Florida Board of County Commissioners, County Manager, County Attorney, and most of the Government offices throughout Lee County.  His training and certifications include CompTIA A+ and Net+, Microsoft MCP and Systems Administration, Banyan Vines Administration, and Novell Netware Administration.
