Whenever a good computer goes “bad”, it is up to the PC-CSI’s Crash Scene Investigators to be the first responders.  They will gather all of the pertinent evidence and determine the severity of the  “Crash”.  If the initial interrogation determines that a simple repair is in order, it will be done quickly and the PC will be released into the custody of the client.  All for a single $75.00 flat-rate fee.

Should it be necessary to conduct a more thorough investigation, the suspect PC will be taken “downtown” to the Crash Scene Investigation Lab.  There we will be able to provide stricter coercion methods to extract any malware, trojans, or viruses present in the PC.  Still for the same single $75.00 flat-rate fee.  There is no charge for pick-up and delivery in Lee County.

If your poor, darling computer was injured in the “crash”, an EMT (Emergency Microsoft Technician) can stabilize it and if necessary, transport it to the PC-CSI Critical Care Ward at the PC General Hospital.  They have everything necessary to nurse your poor baby back to heath and return it back home.  For the same single $75.00 flat-rate fee, plus parts.

There are times when your PC or other technological devices won’t communicate properly or “play well with others”.  The PC-CSI Networking Department Specialists can give your equipment some gentle prodding or a full-fledged “attitude adjustment”, if necessary.  Don’t worry, we are trained professionals.  Networking services are charged on an reasonable hourly basis.
